Tully’s is owner operated, Ken Tully is the President and Ryan Tully is the Vice President. The company is 35 years old and there are no 3rd parties involved. Your line of communication is to those who have extensive cleaning experience, management experience, knowledge of machinery and chemicals and are involved in the day to day functioning of the company. We are always available to you with excellent response time. You may communicate with Ken and Ryan as often as you would like.
Field Operations and Quality Control: Tully’s employs quality control managers. Each client has a point of contact at Tully’s with direct access by phone or email. This point of contact handles all issues and works with clients to get optimum cleanliness. Inspections are conducted and proactivity is practiced.
Operations: Our office staff is constantly working on bettering our communication with clients, staying financially healthy, hatching plans to improve company performance and of course, dedicating ourselves to our cleaning techs needs.
Staff and Staffing: We hire people as well as cleaners. Tully’s uses background checks and interviews each employee before they are assigned to buildings, or before they step foot in someone’s home. We recruit word of mouth by existing staff as well as using typical hiring processes. Experience is always preferred and each employee is trained properly.
Since I have been so happy with Ryan’s team and their attention to detail that our Showroom and test Kitchen requires we have brought his team on to clean our other facilities that include our corporate offices, and showroom and Test Kitchen in Milford MA in total about 80,000 Square feet of cleaning all together.
